Turbulence & Transcendence is a landmark publication that captures the extraordinary history of Biennale of Sydney’s first 50 years, presented in a limited-edition volume of 500.

The vivid history of the Biennale of Sydney was brought to light by a compelling Q&A between author Brook Turner and Katrina Strickland, editor of Good Weekend magazine at Sydney Morning Herald, offering insight into some of the riveting tales across five decades of artistic ambition, transformation, and resilience, illuminating the people, ideas, and moments that have defined the Biennale’s journey.
